The International Day of Action for Women's Health was the occasion for a meeting on women's health.

Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes was closely involved in its organization, at the initiative of Frédéric Valletoux, Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee and former Minister Delegate for Health, under the patronage of Yaël Braun-Pivet, President of the French National Assembly.

This highly productive meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the specificities of women's health, which are still poorly appreciated in medical terms, or even ignored, thus constituting a vector of inequality.

The morning focused on a number of major issues, including cardiovascular disease, endometriosis, menopause, cancer and the parallel business of women's health.

This meeting was a continuation of the work we've been doing for several months with the French National Assembly, notably following Yaël Braun-Pivet's visit to the Women's Heart Bus and our participation in a themed breakfast devoted to women's health, at the initiative of Frédéric Valletoux.
