COMMUNIQUE

WOMEN AND CARDIAC ARREST

placeholder image

To mark World Heart Day on September 29, Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes is raising women's awareness of cardiac arrest with a shock campaign.
Every year in France, over 25,000 women suffer cardiac arrest. If nothing is done, the victim dies in 9 out of 10 cases. The risk of death is higher for women than for men. Taking good care of yourself can help you detect the underlying illness in good time and avoid cardiac arrest. It's also important to know the warning signs, so you can react before it's too late.
