Fondation Clariane

Backed by its European network and the commitment of its 60,000 employees, the Clariane Group offers a unique, attentive and sustainable model of support and care for the elderly and frail, respecting the autonomy and quality of life of its beneficiaries and employees alike.

The Clariane Group Foundation was created in 2017. It marks Clariane's determination to fully play its role of social integration, by mobilizing its entire network and building, with all stakeholders who wish to do so - employees, residents, patients and families, but also the scientific community and public and private partners - unifying projects contributing to the knowledge, enhancement and evolution of caregivers and care professions.

The Clariane Foundation is dedicated to the theme of "Loving Care". It is dedicated to caregivers and the care professions, with initiatives focusing on three key areas: the physical and moral health of caregivers, the attractiveness of the care professions, and the meaning of the profession. To this end, the Clariane Foundation conducts studies and research, organizes events, and develops prevention and communication initiatives focused on the care professions, in partnership with other organizations.
