Laurent Keiser, a business school graduate, has spent the past 18 years developing recognized expertise in the healthcare sector, specifically in community pharmacies—a vital link in the patient care continuum. His guiding principle: the ability to design and implement proactive strategies that serve public health in demanding competitive environments.
First, he served as Sales Director at OCP, the leading pharmaceutical distribution group, before co-founding and becoming an executive at Healthy Group 10 years ago—the parent company of the Aprium Pharmacie and Monge Pharmacie chains—where he currently oversees the group’s strategy. In this capacity, he designed and implemented the brands’ health strategy—a transformative initiative that positions these pharmacy networks as leading healthcare players, committed on a daily basis to patient prevention beyond their role as dispensers.
Before entering the healthcare sector, he held sales and general management positions at international companies—ICI, Henkel, Office Depot, and DHL Express—where he led sales strategy and managed sales forces.
His involvement in community organizations also reflects this spirit of building: for over 10 years, he has been involved with the Labo des Histoires—a national organization that is to writing what a conservatory is to music—first as treasurer and now as president, helping to shape and expand the association’s reach.
