Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière Foundation

Ever since Fimalac was founded in 1991, Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, its founder and chairman, has wanted his company to contribute to a more egalitarian and inclusive society, notably through its corporate foundation, the Fondation Culture & Diversité. These commitments are deployed by promoting access to artistic and cultural practices for young people from modest backgrounds. They are pursued through actions to promote France's cultural influence, dialogue between cultures and civilizations, and economic and social debate.

In 2020, Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière and his four children were convinced of the need not only to perpetuate these commitments, but also to broaden them, and decided to create the Fondation Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, whose mission is to act in favor of a more equitable society, offering the same opportunities for social development regardless of social or ethnic origin, place of birth, disability or religious convictions.
