Loudun: a fine example of our commitment to women's cardiovascular health

Sensitive to the cause of Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes, the Lions Club de Loudun and Maison Pithon, boulangerie-pâtisserie, have decided together to support us by launching a gourmet invitation during the first fortnight of May: Nicolas and Valérie Pithon are offering 2 products made with local ingredients: the "baguette 7", a 7-grain baguette that combines flavor and health, and a heart-shaped pastry made from croissant dough filled with custard and strawberry pulp. For every 2 baguettes purchased, Maison Pithon has decided to donate the price of the second baguette to Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes, and will also donate part of the sales margin on the viennoiserie.
Prior to the launch of this operation, the Loudun Lions Club informed the main local players, in particular health professionals. In the bakery-pastry shop, a poster presents the operation and flyers with our main information and prevention messages are available to customers.
We would like to thank the President of the Loudun Lions Club, Jacques Bigot, and all his members, especially Claire Poinson and Geneviève Trécoire, who were involved in the project. We would also like to thank Nicolas and Valérie Pithon and their entire team for their commitment. It's a great pleasure for us to be supported in this way to preserve women's health.
