What is Le Défy?
In concrete terms, Le Défy is a mobile application, designed in partnership with United Hereos, which allows users to record their physical activity and earn points. The collective effort will release a donation of 15,000 euros to benefit the Agir pour le cœur des femmes foundation and its Bus du Cœur des Femmes operation.
Why a sport-health challenge?
Because the practice of health sports can only do good! Its positive impact on mental well-being and sleep, in particular, has been proven. It also helps people to live longer in good health. It also improves quality of life for people with chronic illnesses. Finally, it is the best remedy against a sedentary lifestyle, which is the main risk factor for non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular disease.
