By tirelessly applying the principle of "reaching out" and making contact with the medical profession less dramatic, Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes has already been able to screen nearly 10,000 women since the launch of its operation in 2021.

Screenings are carried out by local health professionals at each stage, in partnership with the health and social services of the towns that pre-register the women. Women who have been screened are put back on a care pathway with scheduled appointments. Only collective action rooted in a given area, mobilizing local players, can be truly effective in the long term.

The three-day event requires the participation of volunteer healthcare professionals, with a permanent staff of :
- 6 doctors for reception and screening summary;
- 2 vascular physicians (carotid doppler and abdominal aorta);
- 8 nurses or nursing students for blood pressure, metabolic and electrocardiogram screening;
- 3 gynecologists and/or midwives for an interview;
- 1 addictologist.
