Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes screens in Menton

For the 7th Women's Heart Day, La Palmosa Hospital hosted our program on Tuesday June 4.
42 women were screened for cardiovascular and gynecological risks.

More than 20 health professionals mobilized throughout the day, two distinct areas dedicated to screening, and glorious weather. These were the ingredients put in place by the CH de Menton to ensure the day's success.
For 1h30, the 42 women, most of whom had made an appointment on the dedicated Doctolib platform, were able to benefit from a complete check-up.
5 clinical stages (cardiovascular risks, metabolic risks, ECG, gynecological interview and medical summary), during which healthcare professionals from the Menton hospital, as well as liberal professionals mobilized by the French Riviera's CPTS, took the time to discuss with each patient without white coats, without judgment, and with an empathy and benevolence typical of this day, to the delight of these French and Italian women (the border is only 2 kilometers away).
The screening was also made possible thanks to the mobilization of the CPAM Côte-d'Azur, which ensured that all women in the area were fully informed beforehand. Thank you to all the teams who took part in the day's events, and for the real impact they had on the women they welcomed.
At the end of the day, the hospital has already decided to organize a second event in 2025.
