After an eventful 2023, the Fonds de dotation Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes enters 2024 with a reinforced determination to offer support and guidance to a greater number of women through its new Women's Heart Bus screening campaign. Supported by the French Ministry of Health and the French National Health Insurance, this initiative is a forerunner of the collegial prevention initiatives that are set to multiply in the years to come.
The Women's Heart Bus had been set on fire in June 2023 in Bobigny, during urban violence. 4,000 donors had mobilized over the summer to raise the funds in just a few weeks to get the Bus back on the road in September. A new Bus had been inaugurated on September 27 in Lille, also with the support of partner companies and institutions.
A first edition of the Observatoire National de la Santé des Femmes based on the 4,000 medical records from screenings carried out via the Bus was published last spring.
In 2024, Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes is accelerating its development. The endowment fund will very shortly be presenting a new operational prevention scheme, to enable more women to benefit from screening in every territory in France.

One figure is particularly striking: during a medical consultation, 38% of women have experienced a lack of listening or a minimization of their symptoms, because they were a woman.
