A woman's day that ends badly

Lire la vidéo

At a time when stress is the 3rd leading cause of heart attacks, Agir pour le cœur des femmes is alerting all women to the danger of multiple daily demands, which add up to a mental load that is often already major... The consequences of this excessive mental load are sometimes dramatic, to the breaking point of sudden cardiac arrest. We have chosen to depict an exhausting, but ultimately very classic day in the life of a working woman. To sound the alarm, there's nothing more striking than an electrocardiogram tracing that spirals dangerously out of control before becoming dramatically flat, in this hard-hitting film conceived by the committed team at DDB Health. The film is intended to be disruptive and disturbing, to call attention to the absolute necessity of taking care of ourselves before it's too late. Let's take care of our family, but let's also take care of ourselves, because if we're no longer here, who's going to take care of them? Every day, 200 women lose their lives to cardiovascular disease. That's 100 times more than deaths from road accidents, and 6 times more than from breast cancer. In 8 out of 10 cases, the onset of cardiovascular disease could be prevented by a healthy lifestyle and regular medical check-ups. That's why we created Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes. For more than two years, we have preserved the lives of 4,500 women by reintegrating them into a care program in their own region. Our goal is to save 10,000 lives. To achieve this, we need your help. You can take action with us now, by making a donation.
