Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes will screen nearly 10,000 women in 2026 during 80 local events.

The Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes foundation is stepping up its concrete prevention efforts in 2026 to save more lives. Nearly 10,000 women will benefit from a complete cardio-gynecological screening, entirely free of charge, during 80 health events throughout the country. The goal is to help save 100,000 lives by 2030, using a model of collective and collaborative prevention that is unique in France.

Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes will screen nearly 10,000 women in 2026 during 80 local events.

The Women's Heart Bus will visit 16 cities this year. More than 60 Women's Heart Days will also be organized throughout mainland France and its overseas territories. These large-scale initiatives are made possible thanks to the Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière Foundation, a founding partner of the Women's Heart Bus, as well as some twenty major companies and foundations, and donations from the general public. Nearly 3,000 volunteer healthcare professionals will also give their time to run each event (either privately or provided by healthcare institutions).

The screenings offered by Agir pour le Coeur des Femmes are a unique private initiative in France, which heralds the prevention of tomorrow by mobilizing companies and all public health stakeholders in a collective and collaborative effort to support women and help them take better care of themselves.

Contrary to popular belief, more women than men die from cardiovascular disease in France. One woman dies from it every 7 minutes. However, in 8 out of 10 cases, cardiovascular events can be prevented through three pillars of prevention: a healthy lifestyle, screening, and regular medical check-ups.
