Anne Guillaumat de Blignières holds a master's degree in business law and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris. Her main areas of focus have been relations with public authorities (government and parliament), women's professional networks (founder and honorary member of Financi'Elles, Co-Chair France of the Global Summit of Women) and mediation.
A former auditor of the IHEDN (39th session), she was for several years an associate member of the Economic, Social and Environmental Council (CESE).

A graduate of the Institut de Formation à la Négociation et la Médiation (IFOMENE), she was the mediator for the Caisse des Dépôts Group from 2015 to 2024. She is co-author of the book L'Écoute en Médiation (2019 with the Bercy mediator). She is a member of the Club des médiateurs de services au public and the Cercle des Médiateurs bancaires.
She was appointed to the Conseil National de la Médiation (National Mediation Council) by order of the Minister of Justice on May 25, 2023.
Since 2024, she has been Déléguée du Défenseur des Droits pour le Loiret.

She has long been interested in the quality of corporate governance, and pursues this objective within the Ethics & Boards Council.
She has been a member of several boards of directors: TUDOR France (Norwegian naval armament), NACCO (railcar rental), Fondation Nationale Entreprise et Performance (FNEP), 15.Montaigne (Théâtre des Champs-Elysées). She joined the board of Agir pour le Cœur des Femmes in June 2023.

She is involved in several associations helping children in Asia.
She is a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur and the Ordre national du Mérite.
