Women's Heart Day for Companies

Our observation: cardiovascular health has a very real impact on companies. Health issues affect employee well-being and indirectly company performance and employer brand.

Our conviction: the company is a strong and essential player in prevention. Employers are increasingly concerned about employee well-being and want to commit, but they sometimes lack simple solutions to implement. Through its economic activity, HR management or social dialogue, the company has the ability to provide effective solutions to its female employees.

Our solution: the Women's Heart Day for Companies — a simple and agile solution to bring prevention into the workplace. Since 2025, the Foundation has been offering partner companies the possibility to set up screening and awareness actions, in collaboration with Occupational Health Services.

Take care of your employees' health with the Women's Heart Day for Companies

The Objectives

  • 1 RAISE AWARENESS by providing communication materials, positive and supportive, co-branded, for the widest possible distribution
  • 2 MOBILISE by organising a public Conference for all employees: "60 minutes to save your heart"
  • 3 DETECT cardiovascular diseases and risks among female employees, in partnership with Occupational Health Services
  • 4 RECOGNISE the partnership and the actions undertaken with the "Women's Cardiovascular Healthcare Foundation" Label
  • 5 SUPPORT and TRAIN all occupational health stakeholders to sustainably multiply our impact

The Process

  • 1 lasting partnership to have a significant and measurable impact within the company
  • 1 or more screening actions every year (65 women per action site)
  • 1 personalised support across all projects, in coordination with the company's Occupational Health Services
  • 1 multi-site action to reach all employees, all across France
  • 1 prevention approach that allows the company to look after employee health, in line with its Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) obligations

Practical info

  • Beneficiaries: all employees for awareness and mobilisation actions; female employees for the women-specific medical screening
  • Average duration: 1h for the conference – 1h30 per person for the cardiovascular screening
  • Location: Anywhere in France (mainland and overseas) and internationally

Keys to success

  • Integration of the programme into the company's global strategy (HR, CSR, social dialogue, etc.)
  • Shared values
  • Coordination with a referent at the Foundation and a project bearer within the company
  • Providing the necessary means (logistical and human) to run the actions smoothly

Funding

The Women's Heart Day for Companies is funded through sponsorship, as part of support for prevention actions led by the Foundation.
