Laurence Mahéo has 25 years' experience in the technology, digital and innovation sectors, gained as a consultant and then Managing Director of international executive search firms. She worked in France and the USA for Heidrick & Struggles, based in Paris and then in their Menlo Park, Palo Alto, California office.
On her return from the USA, she joined Whitehead Mann in Paris in 2005 to strengthen the Technology practice. She participated in the launch of the Private Equity practice in Continental Europe, of which she became a very active member. After Whitehead Mann was acquired by Korn Ferry, where she stayed for two years, she joined Leaders Trust, where she was the youngest partner, specializing in digital and technology. In 2015, she joined Pedersen & Partners as Country Manager to develop their presence in France.
Since September 2021, she has headed the Paris office of H.I. Executive Consulting, an international executive search firm specializing in the digital, technology, private equity and professional services sectors.
Each year, Laurence leads a pro-bono research project, which is what led her to meet and collaborate with Claire Mounier-Véhier in spring 2018.
A member of the Blue Sky business angels fund since 2007, Laurence graduated from the University of Lille I with a Master's degree in International Business.
